Aslotted floor acquisitionmultiple access based MACprotocol for underwater acoustic networks withRTS competition

Liang-fang QIAN,Sen-lin ZHANG,Mei-qin LIU

Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering 2015, Volume 16, Issue 3,   Pages 217-226 doi: 10.1631/FITEE.1400187

Abstract: However, slotted-FAMA is not suitable for dense networks since the multiple request-to-send (RTS) attemptsRC-SFAMA introduces an RTS competition mechanism to keep the network from high frequency of backoff causedby the multiple RTS attempts problem.Via the RTS competition mechanism, useful data transmission can be completed successfully when the situationof multiple RTS attempts occurs.

A Comparative Study of Chinese and Foreign Automobile Industry Management Systems

Wu Zhixin,Wu Songquan,Shen Yangliu and Zhu Yifang

Strategic Study of CAE 2018, Volume 20, Issue 1,   Pages 149-154 doi: 10.15302/J-SSCAE-2018.01.022

Abstract:

Presently, China is at a crucial stage, shifting from a large automobile-manufacturing and -consuming country to an automobile power. Developed countries such as European countries, the United States, and Japan have formed relatively mature automobile management systems and have an important reference for building a harmonious automobile society and a powerful nation of automobile to China. By comparing the management system of the automobile industry in China and developed countries, this paper summarizes the existing problems and defects in the management system of the Chinese automobile industry and draws lessons from the experiences of developed countries to propose that we should reform the vehicle management system, promote legalization of construction, play the role of market mechanism, strengthen strategic guidance, and encourage technological innovation.

Comments on Improving the International Competitive Edge of China´s Shipbuilding Enterprises

Shen Xie

Strategic Study of CAE 2000, Volume 2, Issue 2,   Pages 1-4

Abstract:

The article briefly reviews the development and progress in China ´s Shipbuilding Industry over the past 18 years, and the main reasons that the international competitive edge in China ,s shipyards declined in recent years has been pointed out: a. The traditional management mode does not fit the large extent incremental production situation, b. No enough strength on production pre-research and developing, c. Computer integrated technology has not been effectively used in shipyards, d. Be lack of experienced scientific and technical and managerial personals.

In order to narrow the gap with the world advanced shipyards and enhances the international competitive edge the article has put forward 4 proposals which can be referred to by the officials of large and medium shipyards: a. Transform shipbuilding production mode. b. Complete technical innovative system to strengthen the pre-research and developing of the shipbuilding products, c. Combine the transformation of production mode, steadily setup computer integration systems, d. Cultivate production management and designing per-sonel in line with the new shipbuilding production mode.
